The parade leaves at midday from Kurfürstendamm and finishes at 2pm at Brandenburger Tor. Known in Germany as CSD, Berlin Pride is one of the biggest in Europe, running since 1979. The parade runs from Portland Place to Trafalgar Square.
LondonĪlthough Pride celebrations will be taking place from 8 June (with a variety of events including Pride's Got Talent and a 10k run), the official Pride Parade will be taking place on 8 July. The march will take place at noon on 26th Street and 5th Avenue. This year is set to be the biggest international LGBTQ+ celebration in history, with rooftop parties, a cinema, a human rights conference, and commemorative arts, cultural and educational programmes to mark the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots. The birthplace of Pride, New York's event is the biggest in the world and a must for any keen Pride goers. The parade runs from 10.30am at Beale Street, along Market Street to downtown San Francisco. Since 1997, the city has awarded over $2.5 million from proceeds to local non-profit LGBTQ+ (and other related) charities. On the city's official Pride website, San Francisco Pride is described as "the largest gathering of LGBT people and allies in the nation".
Expect over 7000 people from over 150 different groups, plus floats, marching bands, colourful costumes and a lot of noise. The parade will begin at O'Connell Street at 1pm on 29 June.
